If an exchange can be made, we will replace it with another size, color, etc. plus shipping charges. Shipping Charges on Exchanges / Returns
If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. If we made a mistake in the size/color, etc., we will pay the shipping costs. If the incorrect size/color was ordered, you are responsible for all shipping charges (shipping the item back to us and the shipping of the new item back to you.) The credit card used on the original order will be charged for any additional shipping fees. No exchanges will be granted after 30 days. All merchandise will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. FIRST, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This is how we track your returned package! Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges unless we sent you the incorrect merchandise. Refunds must be requested within 30 days. All merchandise will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. ALL USED AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE!
If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise. Alternate sizes on used clothing items DO NOT constitute a wrong item sent. Please note that used items are limited in quantity and sell very quickly.
